This Privacy Policy explains how Chi Crossroad (the “App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to being transparent about the limited data the App works with.

Information We Collect

Chi Crossroad is designed to work with as little personal information as possible. Depending on how you use the App, the following data may be involved:

• Camera content. If you grant camera access, the App can capture photos so you can save your rally moments. These images stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
• Photo library content. If you grant photo library access, you can select existing photos to use inside the App, and save photos back to your library.
• Technical data. A randomly generated, anonymous installation identifier may be used so the App can function correctly. It is not linked to your name, email, or any other real-world identity.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above only to:

• Provide and operate the core features of the App;
• Let you capture, select, and save photos;
• Maintain the reliability, stability, and security of the App.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Permissions

The App requests access to your camera and photo library only when a feature needs it. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device’s Settings. Declining a permission simply disables the related feature and does not otherwise restrict your use of the App.

Data Storage and Sharing

Photos you capture or select remain on your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export them. We do not share your personal content with third parties for their own purposes. Any anonymous technical data is used solely to keep the App working as intended.

Data Retention

We retain anonymous technical data only for as long as it is needed to operate the App. Content stored on your device is under your control and can be deleted by you at any time.

Children’s Privacy

Chi Crossroad is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because the App is built to minimise personal data, we may have little or no such information, but we will respond to legitimate requests in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
